The Moto Edge X30: What We Know So Far

The Motorola Moto Edge X30 was just released in China, and it features Qualcomm's mythical Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, making it the "first" firm to do so. It also offers a slew of other cutting-edge features, like the ability to have a selfie camera hidden beneath the display.

Release Date And Price

Beginning December 15, Chinese buyers will be able to purchase the phone. The option with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage will cost 2,999 Chinese yuan ($471). The 8GB/256GB model will set you back $3199 yuan ($502), while the 12GB/256GB model will set you back $3399 yuan ($533).

The aforementioned is the pricing for the model with the display cutout. Only one model with an under-display camera is available: a 12GB/256GB device for 3,999 yuan ($627). The models are identical save for the selfie camera style and RAM/ROM counts.

Moto Edge X30 Specifications

The Moto Edge X30's main feature is its chipset which will enable users to carry out Android transfers at breakneck speed. It is, nevertheless, no slouch in other respects.

It sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate on the outside. The front camera is a 60MP sensor, while the back system has a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor, and an unknown 2MP sensor. It contains up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of non-expandable internal storage on the inside. The battery has a capacity of 5,000mAh and can be charged at up to 68W. There's also NFC compatibility.

If this phone does make it to other countries, it will most likely be given a new name while remaining in the Edge family. We’ll keep you updated when we get more details. Let us know in the comments what you think so far.
